Einstein refered to a 'God' rather a lot, but he was in fact an Atheist, what he actually meant was the natural laws of the physics and the universe i believe.

As you say an intelligent creator, probably not as you enter the arguement of 'Well where in the bloody hell did the creator come from?', so in essence it isn't even the final answer.

I think the study of energy in it's naturaly or condenced form (MASS), will reveal a lot about our existance and origin in centuries to come.

One thing is for certain, the comming years (so long as the species survives :-P) are going to be exciting ones for all of us.

what you term 'God'

When I use the word 'God' I refer to the God that Christianity teaches... a supreme being that created the universe.

In terms of my own personal feelings I don't think God exists, not even romantically.

In response to:Religion and it's Tresspassing on Science.

Whether i believe in god is irrelevant to the question of should we teach peoples philosophical beliefs as science.

In the interest of satisfying your curiosity, well i've yet to make my mind up on what you term 'God' exists. I certainly don't believe however any scriptual representation of him (not in any literal sense at least).

The romantic in me however would like to think there is something there, if only for the rather selfish reason of it reassuring me there is more to life and the universe.

Sorry for being so vauge, but it's an issue, in a philisophical sense, that i'm still debating with myself (in a none schizophrenic way, honest!).
